Investigative Reporting -- a $20,000 first-place prize and up to five $1,000

The previous winners were Steve Bradshaw of the BBC (now freelance) for his
TV documentary, exposing deliberate international inaction to stop the 1994
genocide in Rwanda, and Nate Thayer of the Far Eastern Economic Review, for
tracking down former Khmer Rouge leader Pol Pot in the jungles of Cambodia.
There is no submission fee.
